Sales Manager - National Role


The company:

Safe Locking Ltd is the distribution arm of the Surelock McGill Group supplying high quality branded products to the UK market. The business has and will continue to have a wide and varied client base with the main emphasis on solutions for the end-user market sector and their supply chains. The company has two main product brands at present where we are the sole distributors for Sargent & Greenleaf for mechanical/digital combination locks and Loxtop - the Key and Asset Management solution providers.

Job Purpose:

Develop, launch and promote ‘Branded Product’ ranges into the UK market Duties: Introduce, develop strategies & actively attain sales against planned targets for each brand Establish a robust route to market, targeting end –users and their supply chains Identify new market sectors for both existing and future products Work closely with the Group Marketing Director to identify future additional product brands Develop a professional working relationship with other group company sales teams to maximize opportunities Lead product launches in line with the company Marketing Plan

Skills/Qualifications:

Ideally the candidate should have a door or/and locking hardware technical background Particular knowledge or experience in the Key & Asset Management market would be ideal A proven record showing outstanding sales and target achievement with a minimum of 5 years sales experience Be able to produce professional CPD presentations in Powerpoint Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with call notes, actions and contacts.
